What is your return policy?
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the confirmed USPS receipt date online and within 14 days of purchase in store with a receipt.
Exchanges are issued for store credit and will never expire.
All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition.
All items must be returned with their original tags and accessories (including removable belts, straps, brooches, etc.)
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged: sale items, acccessories, and hosiery.
Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged.
Gifts may be returned for store credit only within the given timeframe.
If the product is determined within 5 days of receiving to have a manufacturers defect, we will gladly repair or replace it at no cost.
Once clothing is sold, we cannot be responsible for any damages due to wear, negligence, modification or misuse.
How do I return my item(s)?
If you are unhappy with your selection you may exchange it for a store credit within 14 days. We will issue you a store credit that will never expire.
