What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the confirmed UPS receipt date (online purchases only).
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the confirmed UPS receipt date.
Exchanges are issued for store credit minus the cost of shipping, and will never expire.
All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition.
All items must be returned with their original tags and accessories (including removable belts, straps, brooches, etc.)
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged: sale items, jewelry, and hosiery.
Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged and postage-free.
Gifts may be returned for store credit only within the given timeframe.
Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return/exchange package as Beyond Vogue is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information.
If the product is determined within 5 days of receiving to have a manufacturers defect, we will gladly repair or replace it at no cost.
Once clothing is sold, we cannot be responsible for any damages due to wear, negligence, modification or misuse.
How do I return my item(s)?
If you are unhappy with your selection, you may return it within 7 days of the confirmed UPS receipt date. You must email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number. When we receive the item and verify its condition, we will issue you a store credit, minus the shipping costs, that will never expire. We will not issue store credits for items without a return authorization number. These sorts of packages must be prepaid, insured for your own protection and in the original box. If you return a product outside of this process, your credit or exchange may be delayed or refused.
How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
Returns/exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the package.
Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or store credit.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
For US orders only, we will send you your new exchange order with complimentary standard shipping. Your new exchange order’s standard shipping fee will be refunded when we process your return package.
